By booking your accommodation via bnetwork, using https://festivalcannes.bnetwork.com and https://marchedufilm.bnetwork.com you agree to accept the following terms and conditions : 


1. Reservation and requested deposit 

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay on some dates. 

In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel and on your confirmation. 

Upon validation of your pre-booking via the bnetwork accommodation platform, you will receive a provisional confirmation. The hotel will then contact you regarding the payment of the deposit required to firmly confirm your reservation.

The deposit required by the hotel corresponds to the full prepayment of your booking. 

Your reservation will only be firmly confirmed upon receipt of the full deposit requested by the hotel.

For any reservation request exceeding 5 rooms, we invite you to contact our dedicated team at festival@bnetwork.com 


2. Cancellation policy 

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to the reserved hotel. The hotel's contact details are on your provisional confirmation and can be found online via the "My Account" section of the bnetwork accommodation platform.

2.1  Cancellation of the booking by the participant 

If the room category and rate selected allow it, cancellations will be considered free of charge until April 10th, 2026 included. 

After this date, the deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation and/or reduction of stay and the total amount of the stay will remain due to the hotel. 

If the room category reserved has a non refundable rate, your reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation and/or reduction of stay. Regardless of the date of cancellation.

2.2  Cancellation the event  

In the event that the Event is cancelled by the Organizer and/or the authorities 

Before April 10th, 2026 included : the reservation made and the deposit paid will be carried over in full by the hotel to the next edition of the Event. 

If the cancellation occurs between April 11th and April 26th, 2026 included, the report of the deposit paid by the Participant will be limited to 80% and 20% of the deposit paid for the cancelled edition will be retained by the Hotel as indemnity;

If the cancellation occurs on or after April 27th, 2026, the report of the deposit paid by the Participant will be limited to 60% and 40% of the deposit paid for the cancelled edition will be retained by the Hotel as indemnity;.


3. Modification

All amendment requests must be communicated in writing to the reserved hotel. The hotel's contact details are on your provisional confirmation and can be found online via the "My Account" section of the bnetwork accommodation platform.

Name change can be made any time without restriction.

Modification will be confirmed or not depending on the hotel availability at the time of the request.


4. Accommodation invoicing process

bnetwork acts only as an intermediary in the process of booking your accommodation. 

All the payments occur between the Customer and the reserved Hotel. 

Any invoice and/or receipt of payment relating to your stay will be issued and delivered by the booked hotel.
